- My husband and I are very proud to be non-smokers for 5 years, 11 months, and 7 days
If you don't do it for you, do it for your kids. Our son hasn't had pneumonia since we quit and has had only a few ear infections (swimmers ear) as apposed to one after another after another.

It’s great! Love it! We went swimming at our town’s beach on Saturday (as you know), and it was *so* much fun. I can’t wait to go again.

What a great picture! Reminds me of many summers at camp that I had growing up. I was never the one jumping off but I remember many boys that did.
